Description

HP 250mm graphite electrode is a durable, high-purity, high-density conductive material, which is frequently used in steelmaking, non-ferrous, silicon-phosphorus and other industries. To handle industrial environments such as extreme high temperatures, we use high-purity, low-ash materials to produce this graphite electrode for excellent chemical stability and thermal shock resistance. HP 250mm graphite electrode is an excellent conductive material due to its low resistivity and high conductivity. The compositional characteristics of low ash and low sulfur can effectively avoid the generation of secondary impurities in steelmaking and other processes to ensure the purity of the finished product.

4. Ultra high power graphite electrode

Main purpose

Nearly 30% of China's graphite electrodes are used for export, and the domestic demand is mainly concentrated in four industries: EAF steelmaking (35%), submerged arc furnace smelting yellow phosphorus (9%), abrasive (8%) and industrial silicon (5%), while the demand of other industries is very small.

PPackaging

The graphite electrode is packed with wooden case and wooden frame bottom bracket, and bound with packed steel belt.

Logo

The finished electrode shall be marked with safety wire on the corresponding electrode surface at the bottom of the joint hole.
