The whole manual guillotine shearing machine adopts all-steel welded structure, which eliminates stress by vibration and has good rigidity and stability. It adopts advanced hydraulic integrated valve block with compact structure, reduces pipeline connection, and improves the reliability and easy maintenance of the system. The tandem oil cylinder keeps the shearing angle unchanged when the machine tool is shearing. It is also equipped with an accumulator to ensure a balanced and rapid return trip.
Features
Its blade clearance is adjusted by hand wheel, which is accurate, fast and convenient. Its shearing angle is adjustable to reduce sheet distortion. At the same time, this manual guillotine shearing machine is equipped with electric back gauge and position display, which is convenient and accurate. Its rolling support ball can reduce sheet scratches and reduce frictional resistance.
