Dallas-based Borden Hamman Agency(BHA)is planning to merge long-term care insurance brokerage,Barry J.Fisher Insurance Marketing(BJFIM)into the BHA organization,effective from 01 February 2013.
Working with licensed agents and financial advisors,Borden Hamman has been providing life insurance,long term care insurance and annuities for families and businesses.
BHA president and COO Christi Daughenbaugh said that the merger is expected to enable BHA to expand business in California,Texas and to other selected areas of the country.
BJFIM principals Barry Fisher and Susan Blais said,"We are excited about the merger with BJFIM and the explosive impact we believe adding their long term care insurance expertise to our organization will bring for all of the agents and advisors we will be working with."
BHA organization will merge the entire BJFIM Team,while Fisher and Blais serve as all national long-term care insurance marketing efforts active management for the BHA organization.
